　　入境人員通行證登記操作指引

　　Operation Guidelines for Entry Pass Registration

　　一、在佛山通行證小程序首頁(yè)，點(diǎn)擊入境人員通行證登記功能，進(jìn)入信息填寫頁(yè)面，如下圖所示：

　　1. On the homepage of the Foshan Pass Applet, click the Entry Permit Registration to enter the information filling page, as shown below:

　　三、此時(shí)，系統(tǒng)將會(huì)對(duì)證件號(hào)碼進(jìn)行檢測(cè)判斷：

　　(一)前期已填寫過(guò)入境登記信息的，將會(huì)直接進(jìn)入入境人員二維碼信息頁(yè)面(轉(zhuǎn)至步驟四);

　　(二)首次填報(bào)入境登記信息的，需要進(jìn)入登記信息頁(yè)面進(jìn)行入境信息登記，具體流程如示：

　　七、在查看入境人員信息及二維碼頁(yè)面，可進(jìn)行同行人信息綁定操作，具體流程如下圖：

　　(一)點(diǎn)擊添加同行人按鈕，如下圖所示：

　　(1) Click the Add Accompanied People button, as shown below:

　　八、 按照步驟二和步驟三的方式進(jìn)行操作，綁定同行人信息，如該同行人未填寫過(guò)完整入境登記信息，將需要重復(fù)一次入境人員信息登記。

　　九、 同行人添加完成后，在查看登記入境人員的信息及二維碼的頁(yè)面，可點(diǎn)擊上一頁(yè)或下一頁(yè)進(jìn)行切換，查看不同入境人員的信息以及二維碼，如下圖所示：

　　一、點(diǎn)擊申請(qǐng)“電子通行證登記”按鈕，進(jìn)入實(shí)名認(rèn)證頁(yè)面，如下圖所示：

　　1. Click on the electronic pass application button to enter the real-name authentication page, as shown below:

　　二、在實(shí)名認(rèn)證頁(yè)面選擇證件類型，輸入姓名和證件號(hào)碼，點(diǎn)擊實(shí)名認(rèn)證按鈕并允許打開“網(wǎng)證CTID”小程序，進(jìn)入人臉識(shí)別確認(rèn)流程，如下圖所示：

　　六、在健康碼信息頁(yè)面，查看健康碼信息，如下圖所示：

　　八、在健康碼信息頁(yè)面，可點(diǎn)擊出示認(rèn)證照片按鈕，打開人臉識(shí)別時(shí)留存的照片進(jìn)行出示，同時(shí)也可點(diǎn)擊解除綁定按鈕進(jìn)行進(jìn)行圖片解綁，如下圖所示：
